Our Founders
Nicholas Hadi
Nicholas Hadi is a distinguished 17-year-old senior at Travis High School, where his dedication to inspiring future generations in STEM and serving his community shines brightly. He is committed to making a meaningful impact on young learners through his involvement in STEM initiatives. Nicholas's intellectual pursuits focus on biology and coding, which extend beyond the classroom by researching in laboratories and actively participating in school clubs. In his free time, Nicholas also enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time outdoors with his friends. His career aspirations include becoming a medical doctor, mentoring teens to start nonprofits, and founding a biotech company dedicated to researching and developing treatments for rare and orphan diseases that often receive limited attention from larger pharmaceutical companies.
Nicholas aspires for S4S's programs to ultimately serve as a nationwide model, gaining a reputation for expanding STEM educational opportunities to students around the world. In addition, he envisions fostering a global community of young minds passionate about STEM, collectively working to enhance STEM career prospects for underrepresented populations.
Nihar Patil
Nihar Patil is a dedicated 17-year-old senior at Travis High School, whose unwavering commitment to community service and youth education shines brightly. Nihar's passion lies in empowering the younger generation, recognizing their potential as the architects of our future. He loves learning about computer science and business, pursuing his interests in that field through real-world applications such as various internships and coding projects. Outside of school, he enjoys martial arts, reading, and playing basketball with his friends. His career aspirations include being a software engineer, inspiring younger individuals to explore STEM, and establishing an ed-tech startup that provides innovative e-learning tools and resources, catering to students in remote and impoverished regions, thereby expanding access to quality education.
Nihar hopes S4S’s programs become a beacon of educational innovation, setting a high standard for STEM programs across the nation. His ultimate goal is to cultivate a global network of passionate STEM enthusiasts, collaboratively dedicated to breaking down barriers and opening up promising career pathways for underrepresented groups in the STEM fields.

Mahir Maknojia
Hi my name is Mahir Maknojia! I love and am looking to major in Business. I have a passion for JDM cars, thrifting, and playing basketball. I'm always drawn to helping the community, so I couldn't help but not say no when asked to create a Non-profit to allow kids to find their passion for STEM. A couple few things you may not know about me are that I am ambidextrous and I have flown a plane. I hope to be able to use my passion to help others to give back to the community and create a positive impact.

Hi everyone! My name is Rahul, and I am the Director of Operations of Sprouting for Success. I am excited to work with everyone and educate the youth about STEM-related subjects. My favorite subject is biology, but I am also quite passionate about coding. When it comes to music, I enjoy listening to Brent Faiyaz, and I love watching Ratatouille. Let's make this year fun of learning!

Hi! I'm Shritha Ramaraju, and I serve as the Communications and Marketing Chair for this amazing organization. I love to contribute to growing minds by being an engaging mentor, especially for those who want to pursue similar dreams as me! STEM has always been a big part of my life, and I'm ecstatic to guide others into the same area of interest. My favorite show is New Girl, and I plan to major in biology in college. I'm very eager to be a part of this fun yet educational journey with all of you!
